Human Resources Associate
Primary responsibilities include leading the recruiting efforts for new team members. Duties will also include performing interviews, hiring, and developing creative ways to retain team members. There will also be components of Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and other Human Resource duties.
Recruiting Duties:
Must have successful experience using multiple platforms for recruiting, including but not limited to:
• Social media outlets
• Local job boards
• Community outreach to find underserved communities
• Military outreach
Hiring
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Facilitate onboarding of new team members
• Maintain active engagement with new hires to promote retention
Benefits Administration
• Be a resource to all employees during Open Enrollment
