Recruiting Duties:
Responsible for leading the search for new team members, including conducting interviews, hiring, on-boarding and retaining personnel for three facilities.

Find candidates through multiple media channels and local resource organizations:
-social media outlets
-local job boards
-community outreach to find underserved communities
-military outplacement,

Hiring responsibilities:
-Set up meetings and interviews
-onboard new team members
-periodic check in with new hires

Benefits administration:
-Help on board new employees and participate in open enrollment
-be a resource for questions regarding benefits

Location: KY/CIN metro area

Travel required 3-5 nights per month to Wisconsin location

Experience:
1-2 years of HR/Benefits work
Salary range = $45-$50k
