A. BR's preferred method of internet file transfer is FTP (file transfer protocol). BR maintains several FTP servers. One of which is ftp.brprinters.com. This server is ready and waiting for customers to transfer a single or multiple files to BR 24 hours a day.
Customers may access the anonymous FTP server or use custom login and passwords to access private FTP sites. If you do not have a FTP login and password, please contact your sales representative at:
